On 28 February 2022, the Pan-European Union of Hungary organised the international conference Where Does Europe Go? in Budapest.

The European Centre for Peace and Cooperation ‘Maria Star’ and the International Pan-European Union jointly organised a round table in Banja Luka to mark the 26th anniversary of the Dayton Peace Agreement.

The Croatian Pan-European Union organised on 22-24 October 2021 the international conference "European Union in the World: Past, Present and Future".

The 56th Christian Europe Day of the Pan-European Union Germany, organised in cooperation with the Bavarian State Chancellery and the European Institute for Political, Economic and Social Issues on 16/17 October 2021 in Andechs Monastery in Upper Bavaria, focused on the topic of freedom.

At the invitation of the German Pan-European Union, the meeting of the Elected and Enlarged Presidency Council of the International Pan-European Union took place on 25 September 2021 at the Sudetendeusches Haus in Munich.

On the occasion of the withdrawal of international forces from Afghanistan, President Alain Terrenoire sent a public message entitled "Kabul 15 August 2021: Last Warning".

The 47th Pan-European Days of the Pan-European Union Germany took place from 18 to 20 June 2021 under the patronage of Jean-Claude Juncker, former President of the EU Commission, in Trier and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

During the Europe Week, the Croatian Pan-European Union organised a round table on 7 May 2021, in cooperation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation.

On 14 April 2021, the Pan-European Movement of Austria organised an online conference on the main topics of the "Speech on the Future of Europe", which was held by President Karl von Habsburg on 11 January 2021.

On 13 April 2021, the President of the International Pan-European Union, Alain Terrenoire, addressed the Declaration "Europa XXI Century" to the Pan-European membership, European institutions and the public media.
